  SHIPPING TO SPAIN

The average delivery time is 7-25 business days * after the order is shipped. We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow for a processing time of 2-7 business days. Keep in mind that delays after 25 days of shipment may be caused by customs and/or the national delivery company.

  

PROCESSING ORDER

Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a large number of orders per day. We appreciate your patience during this time!

 

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information after 3-5 business days from the date of the confirmation email.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery company will make the distribution according to its criteria and its delivery policies. In case of unavailability or impossibility to receive or collect the order, it will be the responsibility of the beneficiary (client) to manage it with the transport company. You can contact sales@trapperstore.com to get the information of the transport company.

 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

CLAIMS/REFUNDS FOR DELAYS OF SHIPPING OR ERROR IN DELIVERY.

Many times due to external factors or delays by customs or the transport company, delivery may take longer than normal or there may even be a possible delivery error. In the event that you have not received the order after 45 calendar days from the date the order was shipped, you can make the claim and we will refund the full amount through the original method of payment. At no time will the product be claimed back. Once the 45 days have passed, you have the following 30 days to claim it. After these 30 days without receiving notification from you, Trapper or the transport company will not be able to take charge of the problem.
